Vela Interiors (VI) is acting as the lead designer for a residential development comprising 116 apartments. The development is scheduled for completion in 2025 and will feature a collection of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments spanning over 23,500 square feet.
VI will oversee the delivery of the interior design strategy throughout the development, including associated technical drawings. We will work alongside the developers, furniture suppliers, and contractors to implement a cohesive scheme in line with the developers brand identity and vision.
Entrance lobbies, communal spaces, stairwells, apartments, and townhouses will all benefit from meticulous attention to wayfinding and lighting, ensuring an exceptional user experience remains a top priority for our clients.
